Processing Time Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We do ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at saul@ascmag.com within 15 days with photos of the damage.

Lost or Stolen Packages ASC/AC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
